Return and refund policy

You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Unopened bottles can be returned in their original packaging. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we replace it and cover the cost. For damage, send a photo with your order number and we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send a damaged bottle back.

For safety and hygiene, opened bottles cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

To start a return or exchange, email hello@rawformula.co with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
