Estimate shipping time
We ship worldwide from Thailand. Orders usually leave us within 1 to 2 business days.

Estimated delivery once shipped: Thailand 2 to 4 business days, rest of world 4 to 14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, as customs and local carriers vary.

Every order ships with a tracking number. Bottles are sealed, bagged and cushioned before they go in the box.

Duties and taxes
For the destinations below, we prepay all import duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States.
For all other destinations, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery, set by your local customs. These are not included in your order total.

Delays, customs and damage
If a parcel is delayed or held in customs, write to us with your order number and we will help chase it. If it arrives damaged, send a photo with your order number within 30 days and we will replace it.
