Products
We sell fountain pen ink and related items. We show colours as accurately as we can, but screens vary, so the shade you receive may differ slightly from what you see online.

Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud.

Shipping, returns and refunds
